​🎯 The Role: Tour Operator (Inbound)

​As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client bookings, from initial inquiry to post-tour follow-up. You will be the crucial link ensuring all elements of our tailor-made itineraries—from Nile Cruises and cultural excursions to desert safaris and beach stays—are executed flawlessly.

​🔑 Key Responsibilities

​Itinerary Design & Quotation: Design, cost, and prepare competitive and detailed quotations and itineraries for individual travelers (FITs) and groups, matching client preferences with Yougo2egypt’s diverse product portfolio.

​Supplier Management & Negotiation: Liaise with, book, and negotiate rates with our network of local partners, including hotels, Nile Cruise operators, transportation companies, and professional Egyptologist guides.

​Reservation & Logistics: Manage all aspects of reservations, confirmations, and documentation (vouchers, travel documents, visas assistance) with meticulous attention to detail.

​Quality & Standards: Ensure all booked services adhere to Yougo2egypt's high-quality standards and sustainability commitments.

​Problem Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during a tour, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's experience.

​Financial Administration: Prepare final invoicing, manage budgets, and process supplier payments accurately.

​📋 Requirements & Qualifications

​

​Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as an Inbound Tour Operator or Reservation Agent within the Egyptian travel industry.

​Language: Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) is essential. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., French, German) is a plus

​System Proficiency: Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and experience with a recognized travel/tour operations software system
