Job Description

We are a fast-growing inbound travel company looking for an experienced Tour Operator to join our operations team. The role focuses on planning, pricing, and operating tailor-made and group tours for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate inbound tour programs (FIT & groups)

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and costings

• Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, guides, and suppliers

• Ensure smooth operation of tours from confirmation to completion

• Handle operational issues and last-minute changes professionally

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tour Operator or Operations Executive

• Strong knowledge of Egypt destinations and logistics

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills (English required, other languages a plus)

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
