Tour Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Tour Operations Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead our logistical operations between the UAE and India. This role serves as the critical link between our Abu Dhabi headquarters and our Kerala-based operations team. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge of both regions, ensuring premium service delivery for outbound and inbound travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Itinerary Planning: Lead the design and execution of high-end travel packages, specifically catering to the preferences of UAE-based travelers visiting India and Indian tourists exploring the GCC.
  • End-to-End Operational Oversight: Manage all ground logistics, including transport, luxury accommodation, and local activities, ensuring seamless coordination between the Kerala hub and Abu Dhabi office.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations: Leverage a strong existing network to negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with DMCs, airlines, and hospitality partners in both India and the UAE.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Oversee visa processing, travel insurance, and international travel permits, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) and Indian Bureau of Immigration regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service standards across all touchpoints, implementing feedback loops to maintain Indeed’s reputation for operational excellence.
  • Crisis & Escalation Management: Act as the senior point of contact for resolving complex on-ground emergencies, flight disruptions, or last-minute itinerary changes.
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging travel trends in the UAE-India corridor to develop innovative "Experiential" and "Wellness" tour products.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tour operations, with a proven track record in the UAE and Indian markets.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is essential for high-level negotiation and client interaction.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field; IATA certification is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to manage remote teams in Kerala while reporting directly to the Abu Dhabi executive team.
