- Handle hotel bookings and ensure accuracy of all reservation details.
- Follow up on hotel and service payments to ensure timely processing.
- Arrange restaurant reservations as required for client itineraries.
- Send reviewed files (transfers) to branches or partner offices after completing all checks.
- Manage contracts with restaurants and hotels, including negotiation and renewal.
- Follow up on uploading and entering all files into the system.
- Handle client issues when needed and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
- Arrange tour guide bookings for programs and excursions.
- Search for and hire new tour guides to meet operational needs.
- Conduct interviews with sales teams and hotel reservation staff for contracting and follow-up purposes.
- Review client file invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor the process of invoice transfers and ensure correct documentation.
- Visit restaurants and hotels to assess their suitability for clients and proceed with contracting if needed.
- Receive and confirm new reservations from various sources.
- Coordinate with employees working in external locations to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to the Movement Department when required.
- Assist the Concierge Team as needed to ensure high service standards.
- Review the movement sheet and verify its accuracy against the transfer details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a Tour Program Organizer / Tour Operator in reputable travel agencies.
- Strong background in handling reservations, operations, contracting, and client coordination.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle urgent issues professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
