Tour Sales Executive

Job Description: Travel Agent

We are seeking a dynamic Travel Agent to manage travel arrangements for business and leisure purposes. You will deliver tourism-related services and package tours in collaboration with our suppliers, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty for future engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Provide travelers with accurate information, brochures, and publications (e.g., guides, maps, customs, regulations, events).
• Manage bookings for transportation and accommodations, and handle payment collections.
• Develop and promote customized tour packages using innovative sales techniques.
• Address travel-related issues, complaints, and refunds professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated with tourism trends by attending travel seminars and workshops.
• Maintain client records and input data into the company’s software system.
• Build networks with tour operators and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain statistical and financial records to meet profit and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field (mandatory).
• Proven sales experience in B2B travel is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends, particularly for Dubai, Thailand, and Kashmir.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Personal travel experience is a plus.

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.
