We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
• Set individual and team sales goals
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts
• Manage budgets and sales forecasts
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1year/6months Experience both can apply.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
