Sales Manager - Travel & Tours

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Travel & Tour Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, promote travel packages, and ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for tours, tickets, visas, and travel packages.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Handle key accounts and VIP clients.
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in travel & tourism sales.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Office Timings: 10:00 - 06:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
