Tour Sales & Marketing Executive (Experienced)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Tour Sales & Marketing professional to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell customized domestic & international tour packages.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and customers.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies (online & offline) to generate leads.
  • Negotiate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and travel partners to provide competitive packages.
  • Maintain records of sales, invoices, and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tour sales & marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
