About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our team in the tourism sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across tours, activities, and hotel bookings while providing exceptional client support and follow-up. This role combines sales, account management, and post-sales service to ensure a smooth and unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell the company’s tourism products, including tours, activities, and hotel packages.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and activity providers to secure availability and competitive rates.

Client Management & Follow-Up

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after their bookings.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle any changes, requests, or issues quickly and professionally.
  • Gather feedback and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.

Operational Coordination

  • Ensure all bookings are properly documented and communicated to internal departments and suppliers.
  • Monitor the status of reservations and confirm all services are delivered as promised.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel sales (tours, activities, or hotel bookings preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills with an ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of travel platforms, booking systems, or tourism suppliers is an advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and sales-driven.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
