Tow Truck Dispatcher

Andres Towing Services in Marietta, Ga is looking for an experience towing or transportation dispatcher with a minimum of 2 years dispatching experience to join our team as a full time dispatcher. We are willing to train the right candidate for the position. If you are reliable team player who can stay calm under pressure, then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

• Record all calls
• Proactive address problems
• Received and dispatch calls to driver
• Assess The situation and Prioritize calls
• Oversee the route of each unit and track delivery status of the vehicle towed
• Communicate with the driver about traffic conditions and which route to take to avoid traffic jam

Dispatcher Requirements:

• Experience in towing or transportation
• Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situation
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
