Tow Truck Operator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team.

This position allows operator to keep a vehicle with them at home without commute into our main locations. Ideal location of operator would be in western Ottawa County west of downtown Grand Rapids, including Holland, Spring Lake, Muskegon, West Olive, Zeeland, Allendale or nearby surrounding areas.

Candidate must have experience with flatbed trucks in light duty and some medium duty situations. Valid DOT physical and Chauffeurs license with clean driving record. Experience with accident scenes is needed.

Details

• Day shift with 2-3 on call nights throughout the week and rotating weekends.
• Mix of customer calls, Ottawa County PD calls, and motor clubs.
• High level of customer service needed.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Communication between dispatchers.
• Maintain company vehicle at all times.
• Ability to limit damage claims and work efficiently.
• Ability to keep a flatbed truck at home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
