Tow Truck Operator

We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our company as a Tow Truck Operator. As part of our roadside assistance team, you respond to calls from our central dispatch, meet with customers to refuel, repair, or tow their disabled vehicle, and provide on-the-spot customer service to otherwise distressed motorists. Candidate has strong, pleasant, helpful demeanor that conveys to customers our dedication to their safety and satisfaction.
Tow Truck Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customers in distress, providing refuel or jump services, or else towing their vehicle to a service center
• Perform minor repairs or roadside services, like changing tires
• Create records of service for customers and company accounting purposes
• Respond to crashed vehicles and safely load them onto flatbed vehicles in cases where they cannot be safely towed
