Tow Truck Operator

Overview: We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in towing vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Respond to service calls for towing vehicles to designated locations - Operate a tow truck, including both flatbed and traditional tow trucks - Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck - Provide roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services - Maintain accurate records of services provided and collect payments from customers - Ensure the safety and security of the towed vehicles during transport Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience operating manual transmission vehicles - Proficiency in using a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Basic automotive repair knowledge to assess vehicle conditions before towing - Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor issues with tow trucks - Ability to drive various types of tow trucks efficiently - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics for quick problem identification - Conflict management skills to handle stressful situations effectively Join our team as a Tow Truck Driver and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills are valued and developed.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
