Tower crane foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily crane operations and erection/dismantling activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers, crane operators, and riggers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project timelines.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of crane activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff and rigging teams.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in construction or mechanical fields.
• 5+ years of experience in crane operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of crane load charts, rigging, and lifting plans.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and risk assessments.
