Tower Crane Operator

BJORG Construction is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team on the Dubai Islands project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cranes safely and efficiently to support construction activities while ensuring compliance with all UAE safety regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Crane Operations: Operate mobile or tower cranes to lift, move, and position construction materials, equipment, and heavy loads safely on-site.

Safety Compliance: Follow all lifting plans, safety procedures, and UAE construction regulations to ensure accident-free operations.

Equipment Inspection: Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure crane functionality and safety.

Site Coordination: Work closely with riggers, supervisors, and site engineers to execute lifting activities accurately and efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain operational logs, inspection records, and report any mechanical issues immediately.

Requirements

License: Must hold a valid UAE Crane Operator License and relevant heavy equipment operating certification.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating cranes in construction projects within the UAE.

Knowledge: Familiarity with load charts, lifting procedures, and construction site safety standards.

Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per hour
