PayScale: $18-$20/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Climbing and working on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems
- Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.
- Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet
- Working closely with, helping manage, and mentor technicians, and staying aligned with our OJT training program
- Learn to read construction documents
- Review assigned crews and adhere to project schedules
- Adhering to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license may be required for certain assignments involving travel or use of company vehicles.
- Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50lb. load
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local, out-of-the-area and extended travel is required (up to 95%).
