Towing Dispatcher

MUST BE RELIABLE

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule AAA calls and law enforcement impoundments.
- Utilize transportation management systems like AAA FSL, Aries, and Towbook.
- Communicate with drivers and other office personnel.
- Monitor and update drivers’ statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues.
- Maintain records of all activities with documentation.
- Assist with fleet management tasks.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries.

- Maintain a clean working environment.

Experience:
- Prior experience in dispatching is highly valued.
- Knowledge of AAA FSL, Aries, and Towbooks is a must.
- Strong data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for this role.
- Proficiency in using phone systems for communication is essential.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
