Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cashless authorization, claim intimation, and final settlement processes.
  • Coordinate with doctors, patients, and insurance representatives for case handling and query resolution.
  • Review and verify patient documents, medical records, and discharge summaries for claim accuracy.
  • Manage communication between hospital departments and TPA companies.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date TPA records, billing information, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance company requirements.
  • Provide excellent service and support to patients regarding their insurance coverage and claims.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare, Commerce, or Management).
  • Experience: 2–4 years in hospital TPA / billing / insurance desk operations.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and treatment procedures.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and query-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
