TPL Health Admin Services Analyst

Job Description:

As a Third Party Liability Health Admin Services Analyst you will be part of the Healthcare Claims team which is responsible for the administration of health claims. This team is involved in reviewing claims, editing, verification, claims evaluation, and examination litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate Settlements with attorneys and insurance company adjustors in accordance with established guidelines

  • Research and develop leads for potential recovery cases

  • Reviews and evaluates medical claims and prescription drug reports

  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships through verbal and written communication with attorneys, insurance companies and medical care providers

  • Ability to prioritize work and work under time constraints

  • Ability to work in production goal orientated work environment

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Experience in critical thinking, and problem-solving

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

  • Answers incoming calls, in call center environment

  • Observes professional standards of conduct, including attendance, and professional behavior

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

  • Ability to work with team-centric mentality

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Location: Must be local to Austin, TX.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of third party liability healthcare claims experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Insurance and/or Third-Party Liability experience

  • Ability to manage workflows

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • 10-key

  • Typing skills 65 wpm

  • Ability to multitask

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
