Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher,

Proficiency in English,

At least 4 years of experience in field sales and distributor management, preferably within the HoReCa sector.

Strong customer network and solid market knowledge within the HoReCa sector and distribution areas,

Up-to-date knowledge and experience in Turkey’s HoReCa channel structure,

Experience in customer and product segmentation,

Strong planning and organizational skills,

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and deliver clear reports.

Team-oriented, customer-focused, and effective communication skills,

Advanced skills in the MS Office suite of applications,

Job Description
-
Building, managing and expanding hospitality customer portfolio, including chain hotels, restaurant groups and distributors.

Regularly analyzing and reporting sales performance, and proposing corrective or improvement actions.

Managing distributors sales preformance, developing existing distributors, and onboarding new distributors when necessary.

Gather data by monitoring the products, services, sales, and marketing activities of local and global competitors,

Provide data to support channel pricing strategies,
-
Support existing business partners in reaching their sales targets by developing strategies and ideas,
-
Identify new business partners and target markets, arrange visits, participate in fairs, and promote products,
-
Providing product training, demonstrations, and field support to business partners and sales teams and reps,
-
Working in a KPI-driven structure and taking actions to achieve targets such as sales volume, revenue, penetration, and new customer acquisition.
