Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tracking Officer to monitor and manage the real-time tracking of vehicles, deliveries, or field operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, maintain records, and coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicles or shipments using GPS tracking systems.
• Ensure all vehicles/routes are operating according to the assigned schedule.
• Communicate with drivers and field staff to update delivery or route status.
• Maintain daily tracking logs and operational reports.
• Identify delays, route deviations, or technical issues and report them to management.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth transportation processes.
• Maintain records of vehicle movements and fuel usage when required.
• Ensure compliance with company tracking and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (preferred).
• Experience in logistics, fleet management, or tracking operations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
