Review, validate, and process all claims before approval of KA Manager (off-invoice, rebates, promotional, and other trade-related expenses).

Obtain Approvals for deviations as per authority matrix ( HKA/SD/GM )

Coordinate with branch accountants to ensure accuracy and timely posting of trade-related entries.

Maintain an up-to-date tracker for all claims (approved, pending, settled).

Ensure visibility of all active customer contracts and trade agreements.

Support Key Account Managers by providing visibility on total trade spend per customer.

Prepare monthly reports summarizing total trade expenses, discounts, and rebates.

Conduct periodic reconciliations between sales, finance, and accounting records.

Ensure all claims are aligned with contractual terms, budgets, and internal policies.

Support audit by maintaining complete documentation and justification for all processed claims.

Assist in process improvement initiatives for claims tracking and financial transparency.
