Trade Desk & Portfolio Manager

E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking a Trade Desk & Portfolio Manager to join our Denver team! This person will play a key role in supporting our Chief Investment Officer and managing day-to-day trading operations across our private wealth and retirement plan platforms.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Denver, CO.

NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Denver will be considered for this role.

Salary / Benefits Package:

• Base Salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily trade operations and ensure timely, accurate execution across custodians (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.)
• Support the CIO with portfolio oversight, data analysis, and Investment Committee preparation
• Track portfolio and model performance, rebalance accounts, and ensure compliance with trading policies
• Collaborate with advisors and operations teams to maintain smooth trading workflows
• Stay current on investment trends, tools, and technologies
• Participate in company strategy discussions and process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trading, portfolio management, or investment operations
• Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Orion, Morningstar Direct, Black Diamond)
• Strong understanding of ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, and equity markets
• Self-motivated, analytical, and highly organized
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• CFA or progress toward designation preferred
