Role Overview

A senior operations professional is sought to support a Multi-Asset Credit trading desk within a CLO Operations team. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of trade execution support, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration across a complex, fast-paced credit platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade execution support across leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and CLO debt and equity tranches
• Manage trade bookings, allocations, and reconciliation
• Monitor and process lifecycle events including settlements, resets, refinancings, paydowns, and corporate actions
• Handle complex loan events such as cashless rolls, debt exchanges, restructurings, amendments and extensions (A&E), and backstop/DIP fundings
• Manage high-volume BWIC/OWIC bookings with accuracy and efficiency
• Liaise with external counterparties and internal stakeholders across trading, legal, compliance, and finance
• Track votes and amendments via loan agency platforms
• Onboard new funds and CLO warehouses
• Ensure ongoing regulatory and compliance adherence
