Trade Fair Hostess

We are looking for a well-presented, communicative, and energetic Trade Fair Hostess. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, provide essential information about our company and solutions, and support our team by guiding potential clients to the appropriate representatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors at our booth
• Provide basic information about the company and its services
• Direct interested visitors to relevant team members
• Collect business cards and lead information
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the event
• Support general stand operations when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and friendly attitude
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to stay energetic, attentive, and positive during busy event hours
• Previous fair, event, or hospitality experience is an advantage

• Event: The Big 5 Global
• Location: Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE
• Dates: 24–27 November 2025
• Type: Full-time during the fair
