Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage assigned trade lanes to ensure smooth and cost-effective movement of cargo.

Act as the main point of contact between overseas agents, carriers, and local operations teams.

Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas partners to maintain competitive pricing.

Monitor market trends, carrier performance, and trade lane volumes to support pricing and strategy decisions.

Prepare and distribute rate sheets, quotations, and trade lane updates to sales and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with trade regulations, documentation requirements, and company SOPs.

Support sales teams with trade lane knowledge, routing options, and transit time solutions.

Track shipments and resolve operational issues related to delays, rollovers, or documentation discrepancies.

Maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and strategic partners.

Analyze trade lane performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Business, or a related field

3-5 years of Freight forwarding operations
(Sea, Air, Land)

Trade lane management and coordination

Strong knowledge of international shipping routes and transit times

Rate negotiation and pricing analysis
