Qualifications We Are Looking For in This Role

• Fluent in English and Arabic,
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles within FMCG or fast-moving environments,
• Strong hands-on experience in order management, demand planning, and inventory management,
• Solid understanding of import/export processes, customs procedures, and regional logistics operations,
• Experience in working with distributors, 3PL providers, and external logistics partners,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete order fulfillment,
• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing inventory levels to balance service level, working capital, and freshness targets,
• Coordinating demand forecasts with sales teams and aligning supply plans accordingly,
• Managing relationships with distributors, warehouses, and logistics service providers to ensure operational excellence,
• Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics processes, including imports, warehousing, and last-mile distribution,
• Monitoring supply chain KPIs (order fill rate, stock coverage, inventory turnover, OTIF, etc.) and driving continuous improvement actions,
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations,
• Identifying supply chain risks and proactively developing mitigation plans,
• Supporting the setup and stabilization of supply chain operations for the newly established Saudi Arabia entity,
• Preparing regular operational reports and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
