Trade Marketing Assistant/Specialist
to join our marketing team.
This role will be instrumental in supporting the strategic positioning and visibility of our film portfolio across various exhibition platforms and outdoor marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Exhibitor Branding:
Support the development and execution of branding strategies with cinema exhibitors to ensure maximum in-theater presence and audience engagement.

Relationship Management:
Strengthen and maintain effective relationships with exhibitors to secure optimal visibility and positioning for each film release.

Outdoor & Experiential Marketing:
Identify and coordinate participation in festivals, local events, and other outdoor platforms to enhance brand positioning and consumer touchpoints.

Brand Asset Management:
Coordinate the ordering of localized brand assets and promotional materials from global teams, and follow up on the full customization and delivery process, including customs clearance for Turkey.

Event Branding & Execution:
Coordinate branding efforts for pre-screening events, premieres, and galas—ensuring cohesive visual identity and impactful on-site presence that aligns with the film’s marketing strategy.

Out-of-Home (OOH) Campaigns:
Assist in the planning and implementation of OOH media activities as part of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with media agencies and vendors.

Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align trade marketing efforts with overall promotional strategies and film launch timelines including digital marketing actions such as social media support and digital content amplification.
Candidate Profile

1–3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or media campaign execution (preferably in the film, media, FMCG, or related industries).

Strong understanding of the exhibitor landscape and outdoor advertising opportunities.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A genuine passion for film and entertainment marketing is highly desirable.
