We are looking for a “Trade Marketing Category Executive” to be assigned in our Trade Marketing Organization. This position will work in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams and reports to the Trade Marketing Category Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in related departments of universities,
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Sales within FMCG sector, (Especially Key account customer management experience, especially in the modern channel)
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, category management and business insights in the FMCG context,
  • Having modern channel sales experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Effectively using MS Office programs,
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, competent in planning and reporting,
  • Can drive actively and having no restriction of travel.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Competitor analysis, understanding market trends and insights, customer dynamics.
  • Generation of action plans for sales channels to seize opportunities and mitigating threats.
  • Contributing to joint business planning of key customers for the responsible category.
  • Creating and leading trade marketing / category operation strategies in order to reach the targets of the responsible category (sales volume, turnover, profitability, market share).
  • Preparation of channel and customer-based promotion strategy in line with brand marketing plans.
  • Development of portfolio pricing and trade promotion investment strategy for all the channels.
  • Be the bridge between Marketing and Sales to ensure the transition of marketing plans into action on the field with perfect execution.
  • Preparation and monitoring the execution of trade promotion/activity plan.
  • Following financial performance of the categories and finding further opportunities to strengthen business growth. Important contributor to achieve P&L targets. To ensure reaching the maximum sales potential by aligning sales forecasts, production & delivery capacity usage with necessary interventions when needed to close the gap to reach sales targets or utilize further opportunities.
  • Seamless management of strategic pricing and its execution powered by effective price list management of the sales channels.
  • Taking necessary actions for product portfolio penetration and listing performance tracking, reporting and improvement.
  • Proactive mix management in coordination with finance, sales, and marketing and in line with the customer constraints and the corporate guidelines.
  • Effective budget management.
  • Determination of the strategy of sales activities and campaigns, implementing, monitoring, and reporting the results.
