Trade Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will support brand visibility, trade promotions, and market activation initiatives across on-trade and off-trade channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recent graduate passionate about brands, sales, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing brand activation activities in retail outlets, bars, pubs, and events.
  • Coordinate the rollout of in-store visibility elements.
  • Ensure on-shelf presence of our products as per planogram in line with Off Trade Standards of Excellence.
  • Track and support promotional campaigns and monitor their performance at point-of-sale (POS)
  • Following the permanent journey plan to our EP / IP On & Off Trade accounts.
  • Maintain records and hygiene of POS deployed at various EP / IP accounts.
  • Assist in creating trade decks and reports analyzing the ROI of activations and promotions.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local laws, especially alcohol marketing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales (internships count).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Understanding of Alco-bev marketing codes and legal constraints. (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passionate about the Alco-bev industry and consumer trends.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
