Trade Marketing & Merchandising Internship - GUERLAIN MEIA

The Trade Marketing / Merchandising intern is reporting directly to the Travel Retail Brand Marketing Manager based in Dubai, the Intern will have the responsibility of assisting the Travel Retail Brand Marketing Manager on implementing the animations and VM updates, guaranteeing the highest quality execution.

ANIMATIONS

• Responsible of the perfect execution of our animations: from animation cost negotiation to the final installation.
• Manage and execute animation plan according to the Animation Calendar with local suppliers and retailers.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising team in Paris to get layout guidelines and animation designs and provide feedback on regional adaptation.
• Make monthly animation reports with qualitative and quantitative results.
• Competitive study and report to be share to our Head Office with best practices.
• Plan and coordinate on counter events with retailers and shop floors teams according to the events calendar.
• Create designs of basic animation designs, resizing/cropping of assets as per brand guidelines.

MERCHANDISING

• Guarantee the perfect merchandising execution, respecting the brand guidelines and image.
• Coordinate shipments of POSM to suppliers/retailers in advance to ensure timely execution in external markets.
• Ensure all POSM/Visuals are produced and installed on time in shops.
• Coordination with Paris, all our suppliers and retailers.
• Shop visit to ensure all the shops are well maintained.
• Competitive study and report to our head office on the need of the MEA region.
• Raise PO's and manage/track monthly budget per retailers for both CAPEX and OPEX.
