Trade Officer

Cosmos Engineering is a leading company in the field of engineering and technology. We are looking for a TRADE OFFICER to join our team and learn from our experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage imports, including supplier communication, freight forwarding, clearing and LC/contract processing.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve deviations.
• Draft and finalize supplier contracts.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, contracts and shipments.
• Generate sales invoices and prepare profit & loss statements post-delivery.
• Follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and written notices.
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts in ERP.

Requirements:

• B.COM/BBA degree or equivalent qualification or related field.
• Fresh or some relevant experience in trading , experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

We prefer candidates who live in North Karachi, New Karachi, Surjani Town, Bufferzone, North Nazimabad or nearby areas.

Location: New Karachi Industrial Area, Karachi

Shift: 9am to 6pm

Salary Bracket (25k-35k+Transport+Yearly Bonus)
