Trade Operations Manager - KSA site

Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage and execute daily trade operations (Purchasing , Estimation, Warehouse and Trade Operations Teams ) including execution, settlement, and clearing.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

· Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth trade processing.

· Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly trade reports.

· Measure and report performance of delivery against goals (ROI and KPIs); produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner.

· Support system upgrades and testing related to trade operations.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date trade records and documentation.

· Motivate and inspire team members and actively look for opportunities to help them succeed by building their knowledge, promoting a winning culture and driving productivity

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.

· 7-10 years of experience in trade operations or a similar role within the industry Oil and Gas, Power, Process Industries and equipment trading.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience on managerial roles.

· Strong understanding of markets and trading processes.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in trade-related software and systems.

Fluency in English reading and writing

Trade Settlement, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Analysis, Trade Reporting, Process Improvement
