Position: Trademark Associate / Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports
• Draft and file trademark applications, oppositions, replies, and renewals
• Maintain trademark docketing and deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, advocates, and authorities for updates
• Assist in preparing legal documents, notices, and compliance reports

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark focus)
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Good communication skills (English & regional language)
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
