Trader

Role Overview

The Trader will be responsible for executing trades across assigned markets and instruments, managing portfolio allocation, monitoring market conditions, and ensuring efficient order execution. The role requires strong analytical skills, disciplined risk management, and the ability to act decisively in fast-moving market environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrading & Execution

• Execute buy/sell orders across equities, derivatives, currencies, or other assigned instruments.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient order execution.
• Monitor live market conditions, newsflow, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities.
• Maintain adherence to execution strategies, trading limits, and compliance guidelines.

Analysis & Research

• Conduct fundamental analysis to support investment recommendations.
• Track macroeconomic data releases, earnings announcements, and geopolitical events.
• Work with research teams to refine and implement trading strategies.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate portfolio allocations across investor accounts, weekly audit of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5+ years of trading experience on Interactive Broker (depending on seniority).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Certifications: CFA, FRM, or relevant trading qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
