Position: Trader Options & Futures
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Financial Markets / Proprietary Trading / Investment Firm
Experience: 3-7 years preferred
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and disciplined Options & Futures Trader to manage proprietary
capital and generate consistent returns in the UAE and global markets. The role requires a strong
understanding of derivatives, risk management, and market microstructure, combined with the
ability to develop and execute advanced trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Trade derivatives instruments (Options & Futures) across equities, indices, commodities, and
currencies.
Develop and execute delta-neutral, hedging, and directional trading strategies.
Manage risk on a real-time basis, ensuring compliance with risk parameters.
Monitor global market trends, news, and economic indicators impacting derivatives.
Use advanced option Greeks analysis (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega) to structure trades.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and research teams for disciplined trading execution.
Optimize portfolio returns using strategies such as spreads, straddles, strangles, iron
condors, covered calls, protective puts, etc.
Track performance, generate P&L reports, and present insights to management.
Identify opportunities in UAE derivatives markets (DGCX, Nasdaq Dubai) and align with
global exchanges (CME, ICE, SGX).
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of derivatives markets, especially Options & Futures.
Proficiency in risk management, hedging strategies, and volatility trading.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
