JOB OPENING: Trader & Risk Manager (MT5 + Exchange Software Expert)

Overview

Arab Global Group is hiring a highly skilled Trader & Risk Manager with hands-on experience in MT5, and other exchange trading platforms. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day trading operations, risk controls, liquidity monitoring, and real-time trade execution for our regulated multi-asset brokerage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trading, risk management, or dealing desk operations.
• Strong knowledge of MT5 Admin & Manager, and order-routing systems.
• Experience with crypto, CFDs, FX, commodities, and equities.
• Understanding of risk metrics—exposure, P/L, margin utilization, hedging methods, LP management.
• Familiarity with exchange/back-office software and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, fast decision-making, ability to work under pressure.

Key Job Responsibilities Trading Desk Operations

• Execute and monitor trades across CFDs, spot, futures, and crypto markets.
• Manage order flow, trade book, and hedging strategies.
• Monitor pricing, spreads, slippage, and liquidity from multiple LPs.
• Ensure platform stability and escalation with MT5 technical support.

Risk Management

• Daily monitoring of client exposure, net open positions (NOP), and risk limits.
• Implement hedging to maintain company’s risk appetite.
• Track margin levels, leverage usage, real-time P/L, and volatility risks.
• Prepare daily risk reports for management.

Platform & Operational Oversight

• Manage MT5 Admin/Manager settings—groups, symbols, leverage, swaps, commissions.
• Coordinate with IT for system issues, bridge connectivity, and price feeds.
• Ensure smooth trade settlements, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory norms.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all activities comply with regulators, and internal policies.
• Maintain logs of trades, risk reports, and platform configurations for audit.

2-year renewable contract
