Iron Displays is a trade show graphics company that helps businesses design and produce professional booth displays, banners, and marketing graphics for events across the country. Our work focuses on clean, high impact graphics that are production-ready and delivered quickly.

We are a small but growing company looking for a reliable Graphic Designer who takes ownership of their work and can move quickly without constant supervision.

This is a hands-on production role where speed, organization, and attention to detail matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating banner, display, and marketing graphics
• Preparing print-ready production files
• Making revisions based on customer feedback
• Organizing working design files
• Helping ensure projects move from design to production smoothly
• Communicating clearly with our clients about project progress

This role is less about artistic exploration and more about clean, professional execution and efficient production work.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to prepare production-ready print files
• Strong attention to detail and file organization
• Decision making skills including the ability to self direct

*This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) role. Individuals working in this position will not legally be considered employees of Iron Displays.

Contractors are responsible for managing and paying their own federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment taxes. Iron Displays will not withhold income taxes or provide employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, or unemployment insurance.

Contractors are also responsible for providing their own equipment, software, and internet connection necessary to perform the work.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
