Job Summary

Floret Capitals is seeking a dynamic and market-savvy Trading Analyst to join its PMEX Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client retention, market analysis, client engagement, and providing timely trading support to existing clients. The role requires strong knowledge of commodity and financial futures markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist clients in making informed trading decisions while maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with assigned clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.

2. Market Analysis & Trading Support

  • Conduct technical and fundamental analysis of PMEX-traded products including Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, Currencies, and Agricultural Commodities.
  • Provide daily market updates, trading ideas, and actionable insights to clients.
  • Stay updated with global economic events, central bank decisions, geopolitical developments, and commodity market trends.

3. Client Education

  • Conduct basic trading sessions and market orientation for clients.
  • Assist in improving client trading knowledge and platform usage.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with Business Development Officers (BDOs) regarding client activity and retention opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PMEX brokerage, commodity trading, forex brokerage, or a related financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in client handling and market analysis will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Technical and Fundamental Analysis.
  • Knowledge of PMEX products and trading platforms (MT5 preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
