TRADING CARD GAME SPECIALIST

The TCG Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing Geekay’s Trading Card Game ecosystem across Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh. This role combines retail sales with community leadership, focusing on driving in-store engagement through tournaments, events, and customer interaction.

The individual will plan and execute weekly and monthly tournaments, manage formats, rules, pairings, and judging, and build an active local TCG community through platforms like WhatsApp, Discord, and in-store engagement. They will also collaborate with store and marketing teams to run event calendars, seasonal championships, and create engaging content such as reels and event highlights.

In addition, the role will support sales growth by promoting trading cards, packs, decks, and accessories through events and customer interaction.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh, along with proven experience in organizing tournaments and managing gaming communities. Strong organizational skills, conflict handling ability, and a passion for community building are essential. Judge certification and prior retail or gaming store experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
