A global player in digital assets is seeking a Derivatives and Trading Lawyer to join its growing legal team. The firm operates at the forefront of crypto and traditional finance, providing liquidity across a wide range of exchanges, counterparties, and instruments.

In this role, you will support the trading and business teams by negotiating and managing a variety of trading and financing documentation, including ISDAs, CSAs, prime brokerage, custody, and digital asset–specific agreements. You will also advise on the legal and regulatory aspects of new products and trading structures, ensuring that documentation is efficient, scalable, and aligned with evolving market standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in trading documentation, ideally gained in a financial institution or law firm with circa 5 years' PQE. More or less experience will also be considered.
• Exposure to digital assets is a plus, but not essential—curiosity and adaptability are highly valued. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to balance legal risk against commercial priorities.
