Role Overview

We are looking for a Trading Director to lead and oversee our trading operations in Al Rayyan. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in trade management, supply chain, and international market development. You will be responsible for driving trading strategies, managing operations, and ensuring profitability while maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trading strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee domestic and international trade operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage supplier, distributor, and client relationships to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, contracts, and quality standards.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and clients to maximize profitability.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics for trading operations.
• Mentor and lead trading teams, fostering professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 10+ years of trading or supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale trading operations.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
