Responsibilities:

• Help customers install and activate software via Zoom.
• Troubleshoot setup issues and provide friendly support.
• Track user progress in our CRM system and stay organized with follow-ups.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
