Scenario-based planning and decision enablement under uncertainty
Requirements

Discover & Define:
-
Lead workshops with Trading, Risk, and Operations teams
-
Map current-state workflows
-
Capture detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with enterprise KPIs
-
KPIs & Scenarios:
-
Define KPI trees, risk metrics, P&L breakdowns, and exposure limits
-
Frame scenarios and sensitivities
-
Build structured decision rules and playbooks
-
Pilot & Validate:
-
Coordinate and run simulation scenarios
-
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-
Track financial benefits and value uplift
-
Integrate & Govern:
-
Integrate scenario management into enterprise planning tools and data hubs
-
Embed scenario orchestration and decision flows using Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks
-
Prioritise & Align:
-
Manage and maintain the optimisation backlog
-
Drive consensus on architecture (build-vs-buy)
-
Align Trading, Risk, Finance, and Ops teams around roadmap, guardrails, and governance
Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Operations Research

Financial Engineering

Or a related quantitative discipline
Technical Skills / Tech Stack:

Optimisation & modelling software (e.g., LP/MIP solvers, decision modelling tools)
