Overview: Ensure through inspections that the correct material was sent to its destination.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking data (truck, box, truck plate and box, driver's name, customer name) of all units and loads entering and leaving the yard.

• Verify that the customer's documentation carrying the truck matches the load before it departs.

• Visually inspects the physical conditions of the box and reports anomalies to your superior.

• Enter box record in Inventory Excel file yard.

• Check at the end of the shift physical inventory of boxes and reconcile with Excel inventory.

• Receives documentation from traffic coordinators and sends information to monitoring to receive authorization form.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School or GED required.

• No Experience needed.
