Traffic Count Surveyor / Engineer

M/s PID Engineering Consultant is seeking a qualified and experienced Traffic Count Surveyor / Engineer for upcoming projects on the National Highways Authority (NHA) road network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in traffic counting and data analysis, with a willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR
• DAE in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 12-hour and 24-hour traffic count surveys on designated locations/Stations along National Highways and Motorways.
• Use both manual methods and video recording equipment to collect traffic data.
• Analyze and summarize traffic data obtained manually and through video footage.
• Prepare comprehensive reports based on collected data.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Management Team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in traffic survey and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the country.

Note:
This role requires frequent and prolonged travel on the NHA road network throughout Pakistan.
