Traffic Engineering Manager

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 12+ years of experience in traffic engineering and safety, including 5 years in Dubai, OR
• Master’s degree in Traffic/Transportation Engineering with 8+ years total experience, including 5 years in Dubai.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Engineering Manager to lead our Traffic Department and oversee all Traffic Impact Study (TIS) activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and solid experience dealing with RTA standards and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all Traffic Department technical works and projects.
• Ensure all studies comply with RTA standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
• Review and validate data collection, analysis, and modeling results.
• Coordinate with government authorities for TIS submissions and approvals.
• Supervise and mentor the Traffic Engineer and Road Engineer.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures and ensure high-quality technical reports.
• Represent the company in RTA evaluations and audits.
