About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven
Head of Traffic Operations
to lead our global traffic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee multi-channel traffic operations, optimize user acquisition and retention, and drive performance across major international platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in managing high-scale campaigns and building robust growth systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the
strategic planning and execution
of the company’s overall traffic operations, setting annual and quarterly growth targets.

Build and manage a
comprehensive full-channel traffic operation system
covering Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Telegram, SEO/SEM, communities, affiliates, and influencers.

Develop a
user operation system
focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention, using data analytics to optimize ad performance and conversion paths.

Design and implement
multi-dimensional growth projects
, including advertising, content marketing, campaigns, community building, and strategic partnerships.

Be accountable for key performance metrics such as
ROI, CPI, and LTV
.

Lead and mentor the
traffic operations team
, establish SOPs, and ensure efficient cross-departmental collaboration.

Work closely with
marketing, product, data, and technology
teams to refine traffic acquisition costs and monetization models.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years
of experience in internet traffic operations, user growth, or ad management, including
3+ years
in a leadership role.

In-depth understanding of
international traffic platforms
, algorithms, ad operations, and performance marketing strategies.

Proven track record in
building traffic operation systems from the ground up
and managing end-to-end growth campaigns.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as
Google Analytics, Adjust, Tableau
, or similar platforms.

Data-driven mindset
with strong analytical and execution capabilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Fluent in English
(certifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, TEM-8, or CET-6 preferred).

Experience in
overseas/international markets
is a plus.
