Trailer Service Technician – Electrical, HVAC, and Light Fabrication

With a reputation for quality and precision, we’re expanding our service team and seeking a skilled lead Trailer Technician who can bring strong technical knowledge and craftsmanship to the role.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Trailer Service Technician with hands-on skills in electrical systems, HVAC installations, aluminum fabrication, and exterior paneling. You’ll work on a variety of trailer types—ranging from custom car haulers to mobile offices and living quarters—ensuring each unit is built and serviced to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and install 12V and 110V trailer electrical systems
• Install and service HVAC units in enclosed trailers
• Fabricate and repair aluminum trailer components and frames
• Install, repair, or modify wall panels, cabinetry, and fixtures
• Perform trailer inspections (PDI) and ensure quality control
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience with:
• Trailer wiring and 12V/110V systems
• HVAC installation or service (RV/trailer units preferred)
• Light aluminum welding and fabrication
• Interior and exterior paneling and custom modifications
• Ability to use standard tools and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in trailer manufacturing, RV service, or custom fabrication
• RVIA certifications a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus
