Trailer Technician Technician/Mechanic – Madison, WI

$28.00 - $34.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days | Potential Bonus up to $2,500!!!

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $28.00-$34.00/hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10pm - 6:30am

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
Document repairs and complete work orders
Maintain tools and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in performing repairs on class 7 - 8 trailers
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues
Valid driver’s license
Must own and maintain personal tools and toolbox necessary to perform job duties
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

Technicians may be exposed to traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Work may involve lifting heavy objects, accessing tight equipment spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling while performing repairs.
